During our design consultation we will personally assess your space, discussing your requirements.

We will discuss your vision, preferences for fixtures, fittings, budget and desired aesthetics. This information forms the foundation for creating a tailored plan, accurate pricing, and a comprehensive proposal for your remodeling project. 

Ken Beard & Son Ltd  have completed the Kitchen & Bathroom Planning & Design course with University of Arts London (UAL).

Following your initial consultation, we will provide a comprehensive quote, including a mood board, drawings, and remodel plans. 

You'll receive details on fixtures and fittings, accompanied by links for additional information and brochures if you prefer personalised choices. 
 

If you are happy to proceed then we can agree a start date and will book you in for your remodel when a 10% deposit has been made.

*please note we are often booked up to 3-4 months in advance and bookings aren’t confirmed until a deposit has been paid.*

We will arrange a further appointment to go over the planned work schedule and make final selections for fixtures and fittings for 7-10 days prior to work commencing.
