Our 2-year insurance-backed guarantee with HomePro applies only to full remodel projects — such as complete kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom refurbishments.

It will only be issued when all payments have been made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

There is no guarantee until payment has been received in full. Customers who pay late or not in line with the agreed payment schedule will not be eligible for the 2-year insurance-backed guarantee and will instead receive our standard 12-month workmanship guarantee.
